Meet Our Team

Paul Dudas has been in the hair salon industry for 9 years. Paul is always attending classes and learning new hair techniques, and has many degrees for master hair stylist and master colourist, including one from celebrity makeover stylist Jeffrey Altenburg. Paul competed in the 2008 ABA Cut and Style competition and came in 13th place overall. In 2009, he won gold in the 2009 Hair Salon Hamilton Reader’s Choice Award for Best Hair Dresser. In 2010, he participated in a hair cut-a-thon to raise money for charity. Paul specializes in doing colour work and highlites, and his favorite cut is the stylish bob.
Adela Carina has been working in the beauty industry for more then 17 years. For 15 years she owned the very successful “Le Salon” hair salon in the Centre Mall. Adela is always busy and never stops upgrading; she has many degrees, ranging from laser technician to master colourist with L’Oreal. Not only is Adela part of the NDulgence hair salon family, she has been a real estate agent working with Remax since the year 2006. In the 2009 Hair Salon Hamilton Reader’s Choice Awards, Adela won gold for best esthetician and platinum for Best Laser Hair Removal. If she isn’t giving a waxing or performing a body wrap, she is helping someone find a new home in the city.
Elio Borchetta has been barbering since he was just 13 years old, living in Italy. In 1966, Elio came to Canada and worked at Milano’s Barber Shop while learning to speak English. Elio became a part of the NDulgence Family after retiring from running his own shop, which he operated from 1970 – 2005. He donated all of the money raised from the sale of the furniture and supplies in his closing shop to the Hurricane Katrina Relief Fund. In the 2009 Hair Salon Hamilton Reader’s Choice Awards, Elio received gold for Best Barber Shop and helped raise money for the Italy Earthquake Aquila Relief Fund. In September 2011, Elio celebrated his 44th year of barbering. Elio has a natural talent for barbering and continues to grow with the NDulgence family to this day.
Chantell Kempijan was born on February 19, 1989 and was raised in a Hamilton hair salon. Her mother, Adela, owned the “Le Salon” for 15 years in the Centre Mall. When visiting her mother at work, she was always told to “act professional”, and when she was only 15 she began to work alongside her mother. At first she was only a receptionist, answering phones and sweeping the floors between hair cuts, but after becoming more aware and familiar with the beauty industry, she began to learn the behind the scenes of how to manage a hair salon. When the Centre Mall location closed, Adela began working in the real estate industry, but Chantell could not let her dream and passion die. In August of 2007 at the age of 18, and not having a college or university degree behind her, she founded the NDulgence Salon and Spa hair salon Hamilton. She began building the Hamilton hair salon and her dream with a lot of help from family and close friends, and on April 15, 2008 NDulgence Salon and Spa opened to the public and Chantell’s success began. In 2009, she was featured in newspapers across Canada and in parts of the United States for being such a successful young entrepreneur. The NDulgence hair salon Hamilton has received many Readers choice awards over the years from various local newspapers, for excellence in care and more.
